Job Description

Customer Service Representative
(Part-time, option to work from home)

Location: Glendale, Arizona (Call Center) or work at home

  • Correspond to incoming calls in-accordance with script
  • Gather and record information accurately for different call types and customers 
  • Utilize appropriate tone and voice inflection. 
  • Resolve customer inquiries and convey empathy as appropriate. 
  • Proficient in online map systems.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and work environment by behaving in accordance with company core principles/culture. 
  • Stay current on all service policies, procedures and training updates.


  • Type 25 wpm, 10-key experience preferred. 
  • Computer office application and communication experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Knowledge of the geographical area
  • Ability to navigate multi-task with multiple screens in a timely manner
  • Strong active listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and exceptional problem solving skills.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Customer service and call center experience preferred


  • Bilingual (Spanish speaking) (only if applying for bi-lingual agent position 


- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. (due to regulations/our contract requirements)

- Must be available for a  onsite training period 

-Demonstrated interest in part-time work

-Available to work via regular attendance on shifts expressing interest 

- Random Drug Testing

-Work from home opportunity after training period.
